At Mama's Woof Pack, we breed quality dogs and prepare them for your home by giving them socialization with children, adults, and other dogs. We start them on the journey to potty training. All of our dogs are AKC registered. Your puppy will come to your home with current shots, worming, and dew claws removed.  |
Phone:970-858-5021 We have the blessing of raising children, Samoyeds, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Samoyeds are family friendly dogs who are happiest when they can be with you, whether that be sitting in front of the TV or going for a nice walk. Samoyeds generally range from 45 to 70 pounds. They are a high energy dog who originally herded reindeer and pulled sleds, and therefore do best with plenty of exercise. They're smart and spirited, and are known as the "smiling" dogs. They don't have a strong smell, as many dogs do. They are great with kids, even letting my two year old "ride" them from time to time.
Cavaliers are happy friendly little dogs that have been bred for centuries to be companions to their human families. They are characteristically gentle and soft. Children love them, and they are sturdy enough to withstand most kids. They are the largest of the toy breeds, weighing 14-20 pounds, bigger than the tiny toys but small enough to fit on your lap.
They love their owners. I have never had a Cav even show teeth to me, let alone bite. They adapt to your lifestyle by being a couch potato when you are wathcing Tv, or gladly helping you take a walk when that's on your agenda.
They have lots of wonderful characteristics-they are thought by some to be allergy proof. They are very easy to groom. They don't have to have any hair cut except on the bottoms of their little feet. They do need to have their ears combed out. They do shed-usually in the spring. They are usually quiet and well-behaved, intelligent and easy to train. They bark when someone new shows up, but are not "yappy" little dogs. |
